Super simple yet super effective.
Pros:
*The face down configuration makes it nearly foolproof for fitting ratchets with any sized or shaped head. Some competitors orient the heads on their side, which doesn't always work with oversized head.
*The separate handle rest keeps the ratchet more horizontal.
*The drive size is molded into the "head rest" in a contrasting color, which makes identification easier. Which brings me to...
Con:
*The drive size label, which consists of a tab jutting out of the "bottom" of the rest, gets hidden when the ratchet is placed on the head rest. I'd like to see this changed to having the tab jutting out of the top instead. I tried this on mine by flipping the head rests 180 degrees, and I prefer it. It's just that now my labels read upside down. :) I may try printing some stickers to go over the existing ones Seriously FDM, give it a try. Or better yet, offer a choice.

Fantastic product that I plan on reordering. Fit even a Wera 8009 perfectly along with a number of other ratchets.
The magnets, they don't move around. Toolbox. Keeps the ratchets from moving around very stable. I like them a lot.
My craftsman crowsfoot fit perfectly and even when magnetized to a vertical surface it holds the crowsfoot in place.

I'm slightly disappointed. The ranches move. You're only able to put them in One Direction. And if you have them set up any other direction, they fall out of your holder. It's not what I expected. Magnets are really good. They do stick. And they are hard to put in line and stand line because they're so loose. They don't have a like a lock, so they stay in one position. I don't know if I'm doing it wrong or whatever, but that's my opinion.
I still do not have them! It's taking long time.

As a master tech I have lots of sockets and was running out of room in my toolbox this set allowed me to organize my box so everything fits. The build quality is good and I ordered the wrong item first. I called and a person answered and sent return label and refunded my purchase when I sent back. They do legit business.
